I have sold over 100 tickets for the slave lotto! I wasn't sure it would be this successful, I excited about the new Year's Eve draw!
On another note, I would like to share my thoughts about what I do. In my late 20s I got to a point where I was quite determined to not spend my entire life doing things I don't enjoy. Not to please others, not for financial gain, not to live my life inside the box of society norms just because it is what was expected. I am sure it still is expected lol, but I have been doing things my way so long I sometimes forget most people are still stuck in the box!
But I also wanted to do things that made others' lives better. There are other adult jobs that are easily recognized as making others lives better and even therapeutic that are sexual in nature. Escorts and providers of erotic massage are just a couple.
BUT, of all the things people say about BDSM, I never hear anyone say anything about what it provides and how it can better one's life. Yes, there is obviously a sexual element to it. But it is also very therapeutic to those who find a release in not having control, or being released of society norms, even if just for a couple of hours. Maybe even in just being someone else, or being able to share your deepest darkest desires with someone WITHOUT JUDGMENT.
I mean, how does one tell their wife or significant other they want to feel pretty? Or that they want pegged? Whoa! That's quite the conversation starter lol. There is an expectation of men, even more so white men, from the day they are born, to be masculine, to be successful, to be providers, to know all of the fucking answers! That is A LOT to take on, every fucking day.... and here, in my dungeon you can be you, or whomever the hell I want you to be LOL, no decisions for you, no judgment for not wanting any responsibility for just a short time. It is therapy for many.
Obviously, this is not why all of you come to see me. There are childhood experiences, natural beta boys, and those that just want some excitement. But no matter what the reason for walking through my door, I think it qualifies as therapy for many. Too bad your health insurance won't cover it!! If you have moments where you feel you can't justify spending the money on this lifestyle regularly, think about what it gives you? Not just that day, but how you feel after. I think you could easily compare it's therapuetic results to massage or talk therapy with a counselor.
And THAT is why I love my job and life style. That is why I put so much effort into your experience, to my own experience, into the play space. I love it and believe in it. I believe what I do in my every day life benefits others and myself. I get a release of my own in our sessions, and not just from queening lol. I wouldn't do it if I didn't.
